How to block outbound SMS to a customer
Steps to block outbound messages.
- Find the customer's profile that you want to block
- You can do this by using the search bar or clicking their name in the list on the "messages" tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the customer profile to where it says "settings" and "Danger Zone"
- Click the switch next to "Block SMS"
You should be good to go once the switch is set to the right side position! The customer should no longer receive outbound messages from your account.
