Stay on top of your business with customizable notification settings in Bottle. Follow these steps to manage notifications directly from your dashboard.


1. Access Notification Settings

  • Navigate to the Orders tab in your dashboard.
  • Scroll down the left-side menu and click on Settings.
  • Scroll down slightly to locate the Notification Settings section.

2. Available Notification Options

In the Notification Settings section, you’ll find the following options:

  • New Order Notifications: Get notified when a new order is placed.
  • Inbound SMS Notifications: Receive alerts for incoming text messages.
  • New Signup Notifications: Be informed when a customer signs up.
  • Customer Email Receipts: Enable or disable automatic email receipts for customers.

3. Customize Notifications

  • Use the switches on the right to toggle each notification on or off as needed.
  • For example, turn on New Order Notifications to stay updated or turn off Email Receipts if you don't want customers to receive them automatically.

4. Upcoming Features

  • Soon, you’ll have the ability to edit and add additional email addresses for specific notifications. Keep an eye out for this update!

5. Save and Manage

  • Your changes are automatically saved when you toggle the switches.
  • Review your settings to ensure they're configured to your preference.
