Create an order to send to a customer.

Some customers like to order directly through the merchant. Others need general assistance in getting their order through to you. In any scenario, you may need to create the order in the customer's stead. 

In the video below, we show you how to create a cart for a customer to fill with products and set fulfillment so you can send it to your customer to check out.


  • Finding the Customer

    • Navigate to the top left corner of your dashboard.
    • Use the search box to find the desired customer by typing their name.
    • Click on the customer's profile in the middle of the screen.
  • Creating the Order

    • On the customer's profile, scroll to find the '+ Order' button on the right side.
    • Click '+ Order' to see a list of your stores.
    • Select the appropriate store from the dropdown menu and click 'Create'.
  • Customizing the Order

    • This action generates a cart.
    • Add products from your product library by searching and clicking 'Save'.
    • Add custom line items by typing them in, setting a price, and clicking 'Save'.
  • Finalizing the Order

    • Select a fulfillment method.
    • Option to charge a card if available.
    • Mark the cart as paid.
  • Sharing the Order

    • Copy the link to the order from the top right corner to send to the customer.
    • Use the three dots option to draft an automatic SMS message for the customer, facilitating checkout completion.

Once you've done this, you should be good to go!
