Understanding the 'Orders' tab

The activity tab is an essential location that you will use weekly in order to download spreadsheets and see your revenue for that week.

Bottle's activity tab offers extensive information about your weekly revenue and order volume and also offers a place to download your different reports. Bottle organizes your different fulfillment days into 'Batches' and allows you to see this information by each Batch's production day. In the video below, we walk through the order tab's different aspects.

  • Introduction to the Orders Tab

    • The orders tab provides a comprehensive overview of all orders within Bottle, aimed at helping users manage their orders efficiently.
  • Calendar View

    • At the top of the orders tab, a calendar view organizes orders by production day, allowing users to see the schedule at a glance.
    • Users can identify orders set for production on specific dates, aiding in planning and fulfillment.
  • Order Organization

    • Orders are listed by recency, with options to apply filters for more tailored views, such as by store or fulfillment method.
    • Filtering options enable users to narrow down the list to specific orders based on selected criteria.
  • Enhanced Date Overview

    • Clicking on a date in the calendar provides a detailed overview for that specific production day.
    • This section includes cards that summarize key order information, utilizing a list system to display orders planned for the selected date.
  • Order Filters

    • By default, the system shows paid orders, but users can also view carts with unpaid orders, canceled orders, etc.
    • This feature helps in tracking different order statuses, making it easier to manage the order lifecycle.
  • Automation Scheduling

    • Users have the ability to schedule automations to send messages to all customers listed for a specific date, including those with unpaid carts.
    • This function supports communication and engagement with customers, streamlining the order management process.
  • Report Generation

    • The orders tab includes a feature for downloading reports, accessible by scrolling to the 'Report Download History' section and selecting '+ Report'.
    • Various report options are available, offering insights into orders and carts, including those scheduled for auto-charge, providing a comprehensive pre-charge overview.
  • Drop Management

    • For users running drop sales, the system displays drops set for specific production days, with options to view detailed overviews of each drop's performance.
