How to add your customers to Bottle

  1. In your dashboard click "Messages" on the left-most sidebar
  2. Then click "+ Add Contact" on the top of the page just to the right

  3. Then, add the customer's phone number and name and click "Add"

In order to import a list of your customers, we will need a CSV sheet formatted by full name, phone number, and address. Here is a sample import sheet to base your sheet on. 

Once this information is gathered into a sheet, please email team@bottle.com with the subject line "Import Sheet for X Company" and our team will ensure your contacts get imported into Bottle.
