How to create a Loyalty Program

Learn how to give back to your customers after they place either a specific amount of orders or after they reach a certain dollar amount threshold.

The Loyalty program feature allows you the ability to give your customers account credit based on either amount spent with you or the number of orders.

  • Accessing the Dashboard: Start by logging into your Bottle dashboard and navigate to the 'Orders' tab.

  • Navigating to Loyalty Programs:

    • Click on the 'Sell' tab.
    • Then, select 'Loyalty Programs' from the menu to the right of the 'Sell' tab.
  • Creating a New Loyalty Program:

    • In the top right-hand corner of the Loyalty Programs page, click on 'New'. This will take you to the setup page for the loyalty program.
  • Setting Up Loyalty Program Types: You can set up two types of loyalty programs:

    1. Order Interval Type: This is based on the number of times a customer places an order.
    2. Dollar Amount Type: This is based on the total dollar amount spent by the customer.
  • Defining the Reward:

    • Choose the type of program (order interval or dollar amount).
    • Set the threshold for the interval or amount.
    • Once the customer reaches this threshold, they will receive an account credit as a reward. This credit can be used for future purchases with your business.
  • Notification Settings:

    • Enter a custom message in the provided field.
    • This message will be sent as an SMS to the customer once they reach the loyalty program threshold and receive their account credit.
  • Saving Your Settings:

    • After configuring the settings, click 'Save' in the bottom right corner to activate the loyalty program.
