Step 1: Access the Sell Tab

  1. Go to Your Sell Tab:
    • Navigate to the 'Sell' tab in your dashboard.
  2. Find Your Store:
    • Locate the store that has the fulfillment methods available.

Step 2: Create a Fulfillment Slot

  1. Click on the Plus Slot Button:
    • In the middle section of the page, click on the "+ Slot" button.
  2. Select a Fulfillment Method:
    • Pull up a list of all your fulfillments.
    • Select the desired fulfillment method, for example, "Local Delivery."

Step 3: Configure Slot Settings

  1. Arrival Window:

    • Set the arrival window, which informs customers of when they will receive their order.
    • This also determines the day the fulfillment automation reacts to and displays during checkout.
  2. Production Day:

    • Set the production day, which organizes orders in your dashboard under the 'Orders' tab.
    • This is generally the day you produce the items, and you can set a different production day if needed.
  3. Order Cutoff Time:

    • Define the order cutoff time, which is the latest time customers can place their orders.
      • Typically, this is set 2-3 days before the fulfillment time.
    • Optionally, allow a grace period after the cutoff time.
  4. Ordering Begins Time:

    • Set the time when customers can start placing orders.
    • In combination with the order cutoff time, this creates an order window.
    • For example, if your order window is two weeks, you might set ordering to begin on the 1st at noon, and it will remain open for about two weeks.

Step 4: Additional Settings

  1. Repeat Settings:

    • Toggling this on sets the slot to repeat weekly by default but there are other settings available here!
    • Adjust as needed to fit your specific requirements.
  2. Inventory and Availability:

    • Set how many orders this specific slot can accept.
      • For example, if a pickup time can only accommodate 10 orders, configure this setting accordingly.
  3. Allow Split-Fulfillment:
