Edit or Delete a Customer's Address

  • Access the Customer's Order
    • Open a customer's order, preferably a delivery order.
    • Locate the customer's address and address list.
  • View the Address List
    • Click on "Change" next to the customer's address.
    • You'll see a list of addresses associated with the customer.
  • Remove an Address
    • Look for the "X" icon next to each address.
    • Click the "X" to remove an unwanted address.
  • Edit an Address
    • Find the pencil icon next to the address you want to edit.
    • Click on the pencil icon to open the editing form.
  • Make Changes
    • The editing form is the same as the one used for adding a new address.
    • Make the necessary changes to the address details.
    • For example, you can change "drive" to "DR".
  • Save Changes
    • After making the edits, click "Save".
    • The changes will be immediately reflected in the dashboard.

 

  • Customer Experience
    • Customers have a similar interface during checkout.
    • When selecting a delivery address, they'll see the same list.
    • They can also edit (pencil icon) or remove (X icon) addresses.
    • Clicking the pencil icon shows them the same address editing page.
