Step 1: Access the Orders Tab

  1. Navigate to the Orders Tab: Begin by clicking on the "Orders" tab within your dashboard. This tab is typically the go-to section for managing and reviewing orders.

Step 2: Selecting the Date for Order Review

  1. Choose a Specific Date: For a more targeted search, select a specific date to review the orders. This narrows down the list to a manageable size and focuses on a particular timeframe.

    • Example: If you're interested in orders from the 20th, click to filter by this date. This action will display all orders placed on that date, including both paid orders and potential carts.

Step 3: Applying Product Filters

  1. Locate the Cart and Payment Filters: Within the filtered list of orders, find the section or dropdown menu labeled “Cart and Payment Filters.” This area contains various options to refine your order search further.

  2. Select the 'Has Order with a Specific Product' Filter: Look for a filter named “Has Order with a specific product” within the Cart and Payment Filters. Selecting this filter will enable you to search for orders containing a particular product.

  3. Search for the Product: Upon selecting the filter, a search box will appear. Type in the name of the product you are looking for in this box.

    • Example: If you’re searching for orders containing a “Stack of Pancakes,” enter this product name into the search box.

Step 4: Reviewing the Results

  1. Analyze the Filtered Orders: After inputting the product name and applying the filter, the dashboard will display only the orders that contain the specified product.

    • Example Outcome: In the scenario where “Stack of Pancakes” was searched, all displayed orders will be those that include this product.
