How to Skip an Order for a Customer
- Accessing Customer Profile:
- Navigate to the customer's profile page.
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific customer.
- Skipping an Order - Method 1:
- Click on the customer’s most recent drop message.
- This action logs you in as the customer.
- On the top of the page, you’ll find a 'Skip' button. Click this to skip the order.
- Skipping an Order - Method 2:
- Go to the customer's profile and then click on the cart associated with the upcoming drop.
- You can identify orders associated with drops by checking for the 'drop' line.
- Click on the order number to access the order details page.
- Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select 'Skip' from the menu.
- Go to the customer's profile and then click on the cart associated with the upcoming drop.
- Confirmation:
- After skipping the order, refresh the page.
- A 'Skipped Cart' should now be visible, confirming that the order has been successfully skipped from the activity log on the order details page.
