How to adjust a customer's membership
There may be a time when a customer needs assistance adjusting their membership. In this article, we'll outline how to achieve that!
Steps to achieve this:
- In your dashboard, find the customer whose membership you want to alter. You can do this by:
- Searching for their name or phone number in the search box
- Finding them in your contact list
- Once you've done this, click the 'profile' tab in the top right-hand corner
- Click the 'Open contact's account portal' link under the 'profile' section of this tab
- Scroll down to the membership section of the customer's profile page
- Click 'change' and select the desired membership
Once you've done these steps, you should be good to go!
