How to adjust a customer's membership

There may be a time when a customer needs assistance adjusting their membership. In this article, we'll outline how to achieve that!

Steps to achieve this:

  1. In your dashboard, find the customer whose membership you want to alter. You can do this by:
    1. Searching for their name or phone number in the search box
    2. Finding them in your contact list
  2. Once you've done this, click the 'profile' tab in the top right-hand corner
  3. Click the 'Open contact's account portal' link under the 'profile' section of this tab

  4. Scroll down to the membership section of the customer's profile page
  5. Click 'change' and select the desired membership

Once you've done these steps, you should be good to go!
