1. Access the Referral Program Settings:

   • Begin by clicking on the "Sell" tab.
   • From the "Sell" tab, access the 'referral program' option from the left side menu. This will take you to the referral settings page.

2. Configure Referral Program Explanation:

   • Set up the first setting, which is the "Referral Program Explanation." This description will be displayed on the customer's profile to explain the referral program.

3. Determine the Referral Reward:

   • Decide on the type of reward for the referral program. You can opt for a flat amount or a percentage of the referred customer's first purchase. For example, the referrer could get a $5 account credit or 10% of the referred customer's first order.

4. Customize the 'Thank You' Message:

   • Set up a custom message to thank the person who shared their referral code. This message is sent each time a new customer uses their code for a first-time purchase. The message can include details like the credit amount added to their account as a thank you.

5. Enable the Referral Program:

   • Locate the "Turn On" switch at the bottom of the settings. This switch is crucial as the referral program won't function without being activated.
