1. Access the Packing Slip Settings

  • Go to the Reports tab.
  • Find the Reports Settings section.
  • Click on Packing Slip Settings to access the customization page.

2. Customize Header Text

  • The Header Text appears at the top center of the packing slip PDF.
  • Example: Add a message like “Like our food? Leave us a review!” to encourage customer engagement.

3. Add a QR Code

  • The QR code will be generated automatically if you include a URL in the Header Text.
  • This allows customers to easily scan and be redirected to a specific link, such as leaving a review or checking out your menu.

4. Upload Your Logo

  • The Logo Image will appear in the top-left corner of the packing slip.
  • Ensure your logo is square or a horizontal version to fit well in the space.

5. Control Customer Information Display

  • You can toggle various customer details to show or hide on the packing slip, including:
    • Customer Name
    • Store Name
    • Customer Phone Number
  • Adjust these settings to control what information appears.

6. Sort Product Information

You can customize how products appear on the packing slip by choosing one of three sorting options:

  • Alphabetical by Product: Lists products in alphabetical order.
  • Category Order, then Alphabetical: Organizes products first by category, then alphabetically within each category.
  • By Product Order: Displays products in the order they appear in your store, ignoring other sorting preferences.

7. Add Content Blocks

  • You can include additional content using the Content Elements block.
  • Options:
    • Add an FAQ section, using headings, bullet points, and basic formatting.
    • Adjust the width of content blocks. Choose between Half Width or Full Width sections.

8. Final Packing Slip Layout

  • After customizing your settings, download the packing slip for a preview.
  • The updated packing slip will display:
    • QR code
    • Logo in the top-left corner
    • Customized customer information
    • Sorted products and content blocks
  • Note: If you add large blocks of text, such as an FAQ, you may need to adjust formatting for better layout.

9. Printing and Additional Settings

  • You can print the packing slip on two sides if desired.
  • The layout may require minor tweaks for optimal spacing and alignment.

We hope these new customization options help you enhance your packing slips. Share your feedback with us and enjoy creating your personalized packing slips today!
